Seth O’Byrne has closed over $1 Billion in real estate as a broker, built a team of 14 sales agents that is one of the most dominant teams in San Diego, participated in or advised on over $200 Million in single family home flips and oversees the entire portfolio of Reditus as a director and real estate advisor to the fund. In 2018 Seth was named “Realtor® of The Year” by the San Diego Association of Realtors®, “50 Most Influential Business Leaders in San Diego” by the San Diego Daily Transcript, and “40 Under 40” by the San Diego Business Journal. His focus on our local San Diego business community is evident in his public speaking, campaigning for political matters that strengthen our industry and co-hosting of the very popular local “Wealth Bomber” series for industry professionals.
Since 2020, O’Byrne’s HGTV Show “Hot Properties” Season One aired all over the world to tens of millions of viewers. Considered both a major influencer in the real estate industry and a voice for modern business, Seth has significant real estate experience and an ability to maximize the sales of Reditus. Seth toggles between marketing the projects and marketing the fund, while keeping a heavy role in the internal operations of the company alongside his fellow Directors.
