Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty principals Brian Arrington, Steve Games and Nyda Jones-Church are celebrating the growth and success the company has achieved over the past year, including its status as San Diego County’s largest and fastest growing, privately-owned real estate company. All three are deeply rooted in their community as both long-time residents and natives of San Diego. By forming their strategic partnership in 2012 they have been able to bring the most internationally respected real estate brand, representing the best in class across all price points, to their hometown. And it has paid off. Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty wrapped up 2013 with impressive results, reporting sales totaling $1.3 billion, up over 140% from the previous year. “Our agents have enjoyed incredible success and have consistently seen a dramatic increase in their business since joining the Sotheby’s International Realty brand,” says Founding Partner and CEO Brian Arrington. “Our growth as a company has outpaced the market by over 120%.”

Factors contributing to the company’s growth and success include steady expansion across San Diego county, extraordinary marketing and high professional standards. In 2013 Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty opened additional offices in both coastal and inland North County and Downtown San Diego bringing its count to 15 offices throughout the county. The company continues to recruit and attract some of San Diego’s most powerful agents with the goal of achieving the highest per-agent productivity in the history of the real estate business.

According to Chairman Steve Games, “Through the experience and dedication of our management team, the recruitment and retention of some of San Diego’s most experienced and successful agents and the support of Sotheby’s International Realty’s global marketing and media programs, we were able to achieve excellent results in 2013 and we look forward to continuing this momentum in the coming year.”
