We have had an incredible winter as we prepared our 2 most recent New Construction homes for the market! Our builder client has made a huge reputation for himself constructing some of the most beautiful rehab and urban infill projects in Venice Beach, Beverly Hills and Westwood and it was an enormous honor to be selected to represent his San Diego projects. We have many projects in the works this spring, however the first opportunities we have to show San Diego what our builder is all about happen to be in La Jolla and Coronado. Both lovely projects, our builder chose to leave some of the remaining walls but bring every bit of plumbing, electrical, roof, foundation, flooring, insulation and exterior elements to 2015 levels. Not only that, he has chose to increase the “greenness” of the homes way up, using reusable materials, better energy rated appliances and HVAC, tankless water heaters and energy rated windows and doors.
