We are so excited to have been asked to speak at the 2014 San Diego Association of Realtors Expo main event! The director of the event took nominees for Realtors who exemplified customer service in the county and we were so humbled to have been chosen. SDAR explains the event taking place this Friday, April 11th from 1-3pm as “Our groundbreaking General Session, Hear it Direct, is an opportunity to listen to the unfiltered voice of real estate consumers in this targeted panel presentation. Learn how the panelists found their agent, what technology they use, how they prefer to be communicated with, and feedback about their agent’s service. This is a separate ticketed event.” Specifically on this event, we will discuss a client-driven real estate business model which asks not how to grow our practices, but how to provide a better experience for consumers. Please feel free to stop by and say hello alongside the other 2,500 San Diego Association of Realtors expo attendees.
